Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using Burnish and the responsibilities that come with creating and exporting card designs.
Last updated: July 27, 2026
Using Burnish
You may use Burnish to create, preview, save, and export card designs for lawful personal or commercial work. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure.
Your content
You retain ownership of artwork, text, images, and project data that you upload or create. You give Burnish the limited permission needed to store, process, preview, and export that content while providing the service.
You must have the rights and permissions required to use anything you upload. Do not submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Burnish or interfere with its operation.
- Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or malicious material.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe private systems, or disrupt other users.
- Do not use automated traffic in a way that degrades the service.
Burnish materials
Burnish retains rights in its software, interface, brand, documentation, and original assets. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.
Print previews and exports
3D previews, preflight messages, measurements, and export files are design and production aids. They do not guarantee a physical result. Paper, ink, foil, plates, pressure, finishing tolerances, color management, lighting, and a printer's process can change the final appearance.
Review production requirements with your selected printer before manufacturing.
Availability and changes
Burnish may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for reliability, security, or product development. We work to preserve projects, but you should keep copies of important exports and source files.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date shown on this page identifies the current version.
